    • [GUIDE] Thieves, Scams and ... Precautions! || MyLastUpdate: 13.08.17

      Hi community,
Here is a small guide that encloses most of the scams that can hit the player. (Seen the emergent problems)

      FRAUDS

95% of the scams are due to the carelessness of the players, little attention in an exchange, little attention to whisper ... little attention in a letter.
That is, with these disruptions you endanger the security of your accounts and items.

Let's make a scam on the most common Scams.

      Whisper with False Name
This scam is very easy ... It consists of whispering to a person with a nick like a friend, a guild, an acquaintance ... With the previous font it was fashionable to replace the L with the big .. Almost identical, so you could find a whisper of a certain EIedwhen (I take you because you are the first one who came to my mind with L XD) who asked you if you could kindly lend him the claws, or the rod, or who else else ... And send it to you by letter because it was busy ...
In this case prevention is simple.
Send items only if you have the ABSOLUTE assurance that that person is who you believe, or asking for confirmation in ts in a voice, or paying close attention to the nick.
In general, if you have to pass something to do with the person in front of the deal.

      Fake Admin or GM
Typical BM scam ... You will find a letter that as a sender has false staff names (example "Administrator", "Admin", and whoever puts it anymore) where you will be asked Your account data is motivated by the cheating fantasy ... usually because "the presence of hackers in your account has been detected and you have to remove them" or "we are performing checks on your items" ...
here prevention is easy ... GMs do not ever ask for data

      Dystot Scam
This Truffle usually strikes the levels ... in short, in an exchange when distraining is done, it ends before the other has listed all of its items so it takes everything and you stay dry.
Another variant, frequent in item sales, the person you are exchanging should write the exact number that should give you in the wrong multiple (For example you must give 500 silver, he writes 500 but in brass). It is likely to sell a value object to a miserable figure.
The only precaution is a bit of attention ...

      Packaging scam
This is a rare scam because it does not bring much gain ... usually occurs with the exchange of pvp armor ... You are about to exchange an item for a pvp item ... this person accepts the exchange ... it does go Pack the item and suddenly bother you and tell you "crap, I miss the money ... can you give me up?" You in good faith give the money needed to pack ... and this disappears!
The mole is rare, the only precaution is to be careful about who you are in front of and ... do not give money in currency (silver bullion etc ..) but just give it the inks to pack it! At most, you lose money but you do not even earn the scammer!

      Scam via Invoice
Be careful that the item on the invoice coincides with the agreed item, usually in fake bills there is no item or item of little value ...
Be VERY careful! Try to avoid bills, better direct exchanges.

      3 Card Game
This scam is a lot articulated and complicated to explain ... it usually affects the free players that forever swapping items very often ... in short, the scammer, connected with 2 computers or assisted by an accomplice, swap an item by proposing one Swearing very cheeky for him and beneficial to you (Example: Swap a +20 rod for a +18 shirt and pants +17 magician pvp)
You whisper him ... because you are also looking for the object he wants to trade ... he knows why he has seen you say it in everyone, you probably know what you will offer for that item ... You whisper it and offer it Your item of the same value of the request (In the same example you will offer a piece 19 pvp Wizard for the rod 20) But he does not deny, he needs 18 pvp chest and pita 17 pvp ... soon after you notice that in chatt all Somebody is trading just 17 pvp and 18 pvp magician chest! So lucky!!! Please contact him and exchange it, hoping that you will then get the rod 20 by giving the one who is exchanging what he is looking for ... You will notice after a few seconds what the rod was supposed to give you, the one with which you exchanged your chest 19 Have disappeared from circulation.
As a result, you will stay with items that you do not need and very often you will lose one or more upps.
Prevention here is based on the Attention ... first it was enough to try to make such exchanges with trusted people or people with familiar nicknames, high levels whose nick names are known ... and you just had to look at the glossary who were ... now without a glossary, if you own You have to do this exchange, it is good to have both of the people you have to swap in the same place and in the same ch in front of you, perhaps grouping them together. There really is not a way to be sure they disagree, but knowing them and see if they are not levels 1 with pg created at the moment ... it helps. I think it's useful, all the part about prevention to protect your account. I recommend, in any case for any exchanges be careful, and remember that in this game, with this user, the risk is always ...

I sincerely hope that this guide has been helpful. And if u think same please leave a like. Thanks all <3 <3 <3
