Suggestion to make Warriors Great again

Hi, i've played 4story since 2009 and in all this time playing, i've finally found a server that i can really enjoy, so thanks 4Ancient!
BUT, in all this time playing 4Story i've noticed that "warrior" are always the less used classes and, as i supposed, in this game i find really difficult to find a warrior playing.
My suggestion is to improve the attack sistem of the warrior like they have done in the official server : The warrior "base" attack should deal damage to all enemys facing the player.
Doing so the "warrior" class will be finally equal to other that are more used in farm and exp, without ruining the balance that should be between all classes.
Personally, I really loved this change when it was implemented in the official 4Story servers and, finally, after this update, Warrior became more used, and pvp became more fun.
I've always used War in 4Story, is a class that i really love, but in this server i can really see the difference in leveling up a warrior than a mage, an archer or even a NightWalker.

I hope that 4Ancient team accept my suggestion, so we can all have more "freedom" in choosing the class that we love.

this type of suggestion has already been submitted to the staff that has taken over and promised to implement it in the game, although for the time being ... nothing ...

Well, if no one shows interest it will never be implementet, i really hope to see this feature soon in the game.

We talked about it but for now isn't going to be implemented in a future is posible but not yet.

I'm playing warrior aswell and I think it's a good idea for farming but it will ruin the pvp.
Just like the archers do right now..

I dont think so: Base attack is rarely used in pvp, so it would not make any difference. I'm not trying to boost war's dmg, just telling that the BASE attack should deal "AOE" like dmg to enemy facing the player.

NightWalkers are great in pvp and in exp too, they have 2 skills that deal Damage over time to all near enemy. They are not like a mage obviously, but still better than warrior, that has only 1 skill.

What about the tanky warrior?
We die too easily in battle unless we have a +21 set. Therefore there is no reason to play defence which is my favourite stance. Add defence. When the cap was level 76 and 80 it was impossible to kill a warrior in defence stance.

Hey,
the AOE hit for warrior is an important feature to us.
As we are currently developing future content, we need to find the right balance for it. Hence, it has not been implemented so far.

I can assure you that the warrior will recieve slight tweaks in the future. These will be coherent with the old school feeling of the class.

I strongly encourage everyone to post ideas, they are very welcome.

As previously said in another forum of 4story, some of the things that warriors need are:
A) Fix the response of the skills in defence mode. By the time the skills cast a good player can easily escape or kill you. So we have: faster skill response in defence mode.
B) Decrease the cooldown time of the skill sixth sense or most commonly known as "warrior's eye".
D) Add the basic attack aoe skill.
C) Increase defence in defence mode. As I stated above this is a crucial factor in our survival. We cannot survive out there for as much as we should be. I am including a link to show you how warriors defence was and how it should be now too. The warrior playing is Titan in the old UK server. A moment of silence for this great player.

Maybe increase the cooldown, so people have to dodge a debuff!
A decrease would damage every nightwalker!

When chaos arrow and wind buff are something like 30s cooldown I don't think that an increase would help.

Yes, but they would make the warrior great again and more people would play the class. All great things are difficult to accomplish but the feeling you get when you do is priceless.
