Troubleshooting if you can not see the page:
STEP1:
- Open the internet explorer (even if you use another browser as default <-- --> the launcher does always use IE )
- Visit the internet options
- Delete your browser data (Cache/Cookies/Saved formulas)

STEP2: (If step1 did not solve your problem)
- Hit WIN + R on your keyboard to open the RUN dialog
- Enter cmd in the dialog and hit ENTER
- A console pops up
- Enter ipconfig -flushdns into the console and hit ENTER
