Upgrade System fails with no reason.

During the upgrade event, the improvement often fails at level 13

especially Today during the upgrade event my item failed 5 times on level 13.

I dont know hot thats possible.

Take a look on the success rates. 35% on level 13. With luck potion 35%*2 = 70% During the Upgrade event that means 70%+ 35% = 105%.
So can anyone tell me how it can fail 5 times?
On this way i lost many Upgrade items and waste my luck potion and tincutes although i have a success changce of over 100%.

I hope it can be fixed quick cause its really annoying and frustrate a lot.

@Laerze is right mate.
That's not how it works xD That's not even proper math

The upprate % applies to the standard chance.
So x = 35%
now add 35% to x. You get 70% (With standard Serend)

Then add to 70% the 35% of 35

It's around 80/90. But still, you are unlucky xD

And if you feel unlucky I once wasted more than 100 tints on a chest and at the end of the tints the chest was +11 and the max upp I got was +18

Ich habe das selbe problem gehabt, ca. 70 mal uppen, mit 100er und 2,5er und es ist von +19 auf +13 gefallen und ist immer bei +13 und sogar +11 extrem oft gefailt..
Ist das ein bug und gibt es dafür irgendwie entschädigungen? Das kostet ja immerhin auch eine menge geld alles

XDDDDDDDDD PROOOO MATH XDDDDDDDD PLEASE BEFORE SAYING THAT UPP IS BUGGED OR ANYTHING JUST STOP UP, GO TO MATHS LESSON AND COME BACK IN 1 WEEK OR 2 BUT ITS SO FUNNY TO SEE PEOPLE THINKING THAT A +21 (1%) WILL BE 51 (WITH UP EVENT) + LUCK POTION -> 151% XDD
