Could a member of the team explain the following part of the Changelog?

Does this mean the player getting the last hit is going to get more points than the rest of his party? If that is the case, how do you account for, for example, supporting Priests who (usually) aren't attempting to finish off wounded enemies?

In this patch no One think to the supp class. Also in doc and spawn mobs are the same things

come gia detto nella discussione dei suggerimenti, piu e piu volte, facendo il discorso del tipo chi infligge piu danni prende le ricompense non si fa altro che penalizzare chi si svena per buffare curare e bollare gli altri, i sacerdoti, classe che gia di per se è poco giocata visto proprio il sacrificio e la concentrazione che richiede. Applicare questo genere di discorso anche ai doc, alla gebra e ai mobboni non fara altro che fa scomparire quei pochi sace rimasti. Nemmeno l'ipotesi di dare i buff, cure e bolle in movimento è stata presa in considerazione, in pratica il colpo di grazia finale ai sace, anzi addirittura ci hanno preso in giro dicendoci che come classe la si poteva anche nerfare un pochettino... vedi te...

as already said in the discussion of the suggestions, over and over again,
doing the kind of speech who inflicts more damage takes the rewards
does nothing but penalize those who faint to buff and treat others, the
priests, class that already in if it is poorly played, it is precisely the sacrifice and concentration it requires. Applying
this kind of speech also to the doc, the gebra and the mobs will do
nothing but make disappear the few remaining sace. Not even
