I have an Intel Core I7 3.07GHz, 6 GB of ram, an AMD Radeon HD 6900 Series graphics card and a x64 Windows 10 Pro. I tried to follow the 4Ancient video that explained how to fix the windows 10 issues, as I said earlier, but the game did not start
EDIT: I tried again to follow the video in the 4Ancient youtube challenge, but the game doesn't start, it crashes after showing the following picture
Putting d3d9.dll in the System32, SysWOW64 AND in the game folder makes the game start, but it is very buggy
In your case you need x64 one and after renaming it just put that to main 4ancient folder where .exe existAncientCompiler wrote:
Hello Morhazel and VFK!
Visit download.4ancient.eu/other/64bit%20(x64)/ ! There you find next to the most common file a folder called "Library".
Inside of the folder you'll find more dll's that you can try. Try one after one (do not forget to rename to d3d9.dll after download).
Maybe you find one that is compatible with your hardware. If not, what we do not hope, you've to downgrade your computer to windows XP/7/8 or 8.1.
Or you use the dualboot function and install one of these older OS next to Windows 10.
Kind Regards
