Howdy valued community!
Because we increasingly notice that players don't know how to keep their data safe and secure, everybody does have to change his password!
Please follow those Instructions to be safe:
- Do not share your Account, not with friends, not with your family.
- Use a secure password.
- Activate the SecureCode System (PLEASE do not use your password as SecureCode)
- Use everywhere a different password (Don't use the same password for your facebook/ingame/email/bank etc...!!!!)
- Make sure you're not entering your data somewhere else than in the 4Ancient universe. (4ancient.eu // forum.4ancient.eu and ingame) There are some fakesites online that try to steal your data. Make sure you are browsing over 4ancient->.eu<-
- Do not use the same username/password on other Servers. There is a server around whats account data was leaked the last month + a server that does sell the account data they obtained from their players. And some teams are even that mediocre and just use the data they obtained on their server to scan up other server if they find working accounts and sell the items or just delete the stuff to annoy players
- There were some developers in that scene that included trojans in their programs/games/patchers etc. Those programs grabbed password that were saved in applications like Browsers/Mail Programs/RDC-Clients/FTP-Clients and so on. Be sure you never store your data in browsers. If you are using Firefox activate the masterpassword feature to save passwords safely. If you're using Chrome just DON'T save passwords in it.
We do not restore any items that were lost due to a third partie access. If any character above level 5 were deleted we can recover them. Rules:
