2 - Game Accounts:

-2.3: Account sharing is allowed - at your own risk! Once you share your data with someone else, you are responsible for anything the other persons will do on your account. It means that if someone else breaks some rule on your account, the account will stay banned.

4 - Hacking & Bug Abusing:

-4.3: Any client-modification is strictly forbidden. This includes gameguard bypasses, package sending tools etc. It will be punished with an instant permanent ban or PC-Ban.
-4.4: You may not use any mechanic that involves afk-lvling. (Exception of in-game Experience Chocolate).
-4.5: You may not use any mechanic that involves afk-farming.
-4.6: The Windows+L usage in combat is a severe bug abuse. We will not hesitate to use the ban hammer after multiple legitimate reports, so beware!
-4.7: The use and abuse of any bug, macro or cheat, will be severely punished, especially if used during PvP.
5 - Character Names:
-5.1: Names for advertising purposes are not permitted.
-5.2: Offensive names are not allowed (this includes names that fall into: racist, sexist, religious, political or generally offending types).
-5.3: Names that are difficult to decipher are not allowed (I.e. IIII or lllllllllll).
-5.4: Names similar to other users' names are severely prohibited. (Using i instead of l)
-5.5: Using a nickname similar to staffer's names is severely prohibited.
6 - Guild Rules:
-6.1: Do not create guilds containing offensive themes (Sex, Porn, Racism, Religion etc.).
-6.2: You may not push a guilds level by any kind of exploit.
-6.3: You may ask for a guild leader change via ticket if the current leader is banned and agrees with the change. The request via ticket must be done by the banned guild leader.
-6.4: You cannot make deals with Guilds of the opposite nation in order to not get your territories attacked. If a Guild will do it the Guild Master will get a 30 days ban.
7 - MAPS:
-7.1: The documents shall only be accessed by the appropriate levels.
This rule is especially important for these documents:
Document 10 (level: 10-20);
Violators will be punished with a kick from the server or ban if persistent behavior will be noticed.
8 - Reporting Players:
-8.1: Do not modify your evidence (Screenshots or Video)!
-8.2: You may not name-shame. You are not allowed to accuse someone in the public. This will result in a punishment to you too.
-8.3: Reporting players in the forum is strictly forbidden. Reports can be done ONLY via tickets.
-8.4: Only one player per evidence. Make it clear who you are reporting! If you send a long video, please specify the time of the misbehavior and the name of the character.

9 - 4Ancient Staff:
9.1: Do not pretend to be a staff member.
9.2: Staff members have a tag in front of their name (I.e. [GM-DE], [CM-DE]) and have characters with level 97+
9.3: Staffers will never contact you to get your data. You can get contacted only via tickets or via in-game chats if you write in Administrator's chat.
9.4: Impersonating staffers will lead to a 30days/permanent ban.
9.5: Staffers are not allowed to ask you any sensible data.
9.6: Staffers are subject to internal rules that are managed by TM and the Owner. Those rules, are not public.
10 - Staff support:
-10.1: The staffers are not allowed to play favorites. This includes giving away items or gold to only a selected group of players.
-10.3: The staffers are authorized to provide explanations only and exclusively to the user who has received the sanction (only via ticket). However, the user will not be able to get logs/screenshots of the evidence to protect reporter's privacy.
-10.4: Staffers, like every other player is subject to the same rules.
-10.5: Staffers ALWAYS provide screenshots and videos in every ban reason. Implying that staffers ban without proofs, will increase your ban duration.
-10.6: Staffers are not forced to give help to a player that constantly trolls/insults or is in any way offensive towards others. In that case staffers can refuse to support a player.
-10.7: ANY ticket will be answered within 48h from its creation.
-10.8: Staffers are allowed to close a ticket once the explanation given is enough to answer user's original questions.
-10.9: If a user is not satisfied by the answer given by a staffer can ask to get his ticket forwarded to a higher rank staffer, however, if the second answer will be the same as the first one, the user is not allowed to ask further forwardings.
-10.10: Staffers do not know EVERYTHING, a staffer is allowed to pass a case to another staffer or to indicate you another staffer you can ask to.
11 - Free killing:
-11.1: It is strictly prohibited to gain honor and bonus points by trading kills with the opposite faction. Both accounts will be punished without further ado.
12 - Refunds:
-12.1: Any type of donation refund will be contested. Once you start the donation refund process, every account you own will be automatically permanently banned. The accounts will never be unbanned, even if you don't get refunded.
-12.2: Items lost - due to another persons access to the account - will not be recovered under ANY circumstance.
-12.3: Items lost due to Auction House bugs or to Server Crashes can be recovered. To recover your items you need to make a Ticket and list the items you lost, on which character they where and when. The staff will then proceed to analyze the game-logs to see if the player said the truth. If he did, the items will be restored, otherwise the account will be banned for 30 days or Permanently based on the items he asked to "restore".
13 - Notes:
-13.1: This is a private server and thus all donations are used for the upkeep of the server.
-13.2: By creating an account on the forum and/or in the game you automatically accept our rules.
-13.3: Like law, our rules don't admit ignorance. If you don't read the rules it's at your own risk.
14 - Donations:
-14.1: There is no way to refund donations on our donation system. If you open a Dispute on paypal, we reserve the right to ban you permanently from the system.
-14.2: 4Ancient does not have to "reward" donors with the virtual currency "moonstones" or other items.
-14.3: If there is a problem with our donation system, please report it immediately to the ticket system.
-14.4: Please contact our support if any issues occur.
-14.5: Exploiting any mechanics to trick the donation system will lead to a permanent ban of all your accounts.
15 - Legal Note:
You have no ownership or other property interest in any of the Virtual Goods you unlock, regardless of whether you acquired access to those Virtual Goods using Moonstones. Virtual Goods have no monetary value. You can’t redeem them for cash. You can’t obtain any refunds for purchasing Moonstones or Virtual Goods, except as expressly permitted by us.
We have the right to delete, alter, move, remove, or transfer any and all Game Content—including Virtual Goods—in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason or no reason, with or without notice to you, and with no liability of any kind to you.
16 - Forum:
-16.1: In the forum it is only allowed to write in English. If you want to create a thread in another language you are ONLY allowed to create it in the "Tavern" section.
-16.2: Failure to follow the rules may result in thread/post deletion, warnings, and ultimately forum ban.
-16.3: Off-topic posts, spam posts or similar, will be removed without any hesitation.
-16.4: Multi accounts on the forum may lead to a temporary or even permanent ban INGAME and in our forum. If you have the necessity to create a second one, please don't hesitate to contact any staffer.
-16.5: Accounts with offensive names or spam names, will be permanently banned.
-16.6: You must open threads in the proper section. Continuous violations will lead to a warn.
-16.7: You must not go off-topic. Several violations, will lead to a warn.
-16.8: Excessive warns on an account will lead to a temporary/permanent ban on the platform.
-16.9: Posting inappropriate images in the gallery will lead to a warn and to the removal of the image.
-16.10: You are not allowed to insult other users, post racist statements and not have insulting profile/signature pictures.
17 - Real World Trading:
-17.1: Account selling is not allowed. It is considered as Real World Trading. Same goes for trading items/golds for other private/official server items/golds.
-17.2: Real world trading items/golds is not allowed either, both buying and selling is equally punished. Punishment will be:
First time: Permanent ban on all the accounts you own. It can also lead to a pc-ban if a big amount of transactions are found.
Second time: pc-ban
-17.3: Buying/Selling/Trading items/golds/accounts for other game currencies/other game accounts/steam keys etc is considered Real World Trading.
-17.4: You can appeal for Real World Trading bans only showing proofs of your innocence.
-17.5: Any kind of proofs will be judged by staffers. Proofs include: discord chats, whatsapp messages, videos, teamspeak recordings, facebook and in-game messages. This doesn't mean that any proof will be valid for a ban. Proofs will be judged extremely cautiously by us.
-17.6: Faking real world trading proofs will lead to a permanent ban of all your accounts.
-17.7: After being banned once for for Real World Trading, getting banned again for the same reason will also lead to a Pc-Ban
-17.8: Trying to buy/sell items/accounts/golds is considered as Real World Trading.
-17.9: Helping, acting as Middleman or advertising RWT for someone else will end up in a permanent ban of all your accounts (Rule 1.4 for reference).
18 - Tournament Rules:
-18.1: You cannot allow other players to play for you on monthly tournament (party and solo). This will lead to a 30 days ban of the account.
-18.1.1: If you want to participate to the tournament from a internet cafe or similar, you HAVE to make a ticket at least 24h before the tournament and you have to prove you're there with a picture during the day of the tournament. The picture will have to show the ticket, and the internet cafe room.
-18.2: Registering multiple characters on one single tournament will lead to a ban (duration depends on daily or monthly):
-18.4: You are allowed to register on different tournaments.
-18.5: Shared accounts are allowed to participate in tournaments, but it has to be clear that the owner is playing in the account. In order to do so, you must have an account only accessed by you so we can verify the ownership. In the tournament day only the owner can login to the account until the tournament is over. Ignoring this will lead to a 30 days ban.
-18.5.1: If you change your PC, or you reinstall windows, make sure to login again to the account that you don’t share. This account doesn’t need anything special, a level 1 character is enough.
-18.6: If you get banned for double registering in a tournament and you have other accounts registered to different tournaments, they'll all get banned for 30 days.
-18.7: Changing Race Costume while in combat during tournament to abuse animation canceling, will be punished with a 30 Days ban.
-18.8: Those who sign up for the monthly tournament MUST compete and fight in the respective rounds.
19 - Macro Usage:
-19.0: Macros used for innocent purposes, such as Tears/Reagents opening, or "X-Z" macros to loot mobs, are allowed to be used, however sharing these tools for lucrative reasons will be considered as sharing hacks or cheats.
-19.1: Using Bots or Macros, or any 3rd party software/hardware that automatizes the process of farming 4Ancient will lead to the following punishments:
-19.4: Macro Video Reports, can be judged only once. If a specific video is not enough to prove a player's misconduct, then the video cannot be judged again.
20 - Battle of Glory:
-20.1: Staying AFK for 5 minutes or more during BoG, will be punished with 1 day of ban. Ban durations stack up to 14 days.

-10.9: If a user is not satisfied by the answer given by a staffer can ask to get his ticket forwarded to a higher rank staffer, however, if the second answer will be the same as the first one, the user is not allowed to ask further forwardings.
-10.10: Staffers do not know EVERYTHING, a staffer is allowed to pass a case to another staffer or to indicate you another staffer you can ask to.
11 - Free killing:
-11.1: It is strictly prohibited to gain honor and bonus points by trading kills with the opposite faction. Both accounts will be punished without further ado.
12 - Refunds:
-12.1: Any type of donation refund will be contested. Once you start the donation refund process, every account you own will be automatically permanently banned. The accounts will never be unbanned, even if you don't get refunded.
-12.2: Items lost - due to another persons access to the account - will not be recovered under ANY circumstance.
-12.3: Items lost due to Auction House bugs or to Server Crashes can be recovered. To recover your items you need to make a Ticket and list the items you lost, on which character they where and when. The staff will then proceed to analyze the game-logs to see if the player said the truth. If he did, the items will be restored, otherwise the account will be banned for 30 days or Permanently based on the items he asked to "restore".
13 - Notes:
-13.1: This is a private server and thus all donations are used for the upkeep of the server.
-13.2: By creating an account on the forum and/or in the game you automatically accept our rules.
-13.3: Like law, our rules don't admit ignorance. If you don't read the rules it's at your own risk.
14 - Donations:
-14.1: There is no way to refund donations on our donation system. If you open a Dispute on paypal, we reserve the right to ban you permanently from the system.
-14.2: 4Ancient does not have to "reward" donors with the virtual currency "moonstones" or other items.
-14.3: If there is a problem with our donation system, please report it immediately to the ticket system.
-14.4: Please contact our support if any issues occur.
-14.5: Exploiting any mechanics to trick the donation system will lead to a permanent ban of all your accounts.
15 - Legal Note:
You have no ownership or other property interest in any of the Virtual Goods you unlock, regardless of whether you acquired access to those Virtual Goods using Moonstones. Virtual Goods have no monetary value. You can’t redeem them for cash. You can’t obtain any refunds for purchasing Moonstones or Virtual Goods, except as expressly permitted by us.
We have the right to delete, alter, move, remove, or transfer any and all Game Content—including Virtual Goods—in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason or no reason, with or without notice to you, and with no liability of any kind to you.
16 - Forum:
-16.1: In the forum it is only allowed to write in English. If you want to create a thread in another language you are ONLY allowed to create it in the "Tavern" section.
-16.2: Failure to follow the rules may result in thread/post deletion, warnings, and ultimately forum ban.
-16.3: Off-topic posts, spam posts or similar, will be removed without any hesitation.
-16.4: Multi accounts on the forum may lead to a temporary or even permanent ban INGAME and in our forum. If you have the necessity to create a second one, please don't hesitate to contact any staffer.
-16.5: Accounts with offensive names or spam names, will be permanently banned.
-16.6: You must open threads in the proper section. Continuous violations will lead to a warn.
-16.7: You must not go off-topic. Several violations, will lead to a warn.
-16.8: Excessive warns on an account will lead to a temporary/permanent ban on the platform.
-16.9: Posting inappropriate images in the gallery will lead to a warn and to the removal of the image.
-16.10: You are not allowed to insult other users, post racist statements and not have insulting profile/signature pictures.
17 - Real World Trading:
-17.1: Account selling is not allowed. It is considered as Real World Trading. Same goes for trading items/golds for other private/official server items/golds.
-17.2: Real world trading items/golds is not allowed either, both buying and selling is equally punished. Punishment will be:
First time: Permanent ban on all the accounts you own. It can also lead to a pc-ban if a big amount of transactions are found.
Second time: pc-ban
-17.3: Buying/Selling/Trading items/golds/accounts for other game currencies/other game accounts/steam keys etc is considered Real World Trading.
-17.4: You can appeal for Real World Trading bans only showing proofs of your innocence.
-17.5: Any kind of proofs will be judged by staffers. Proofs include: discord chats, whatsapp messages, videos, teamspeak recordings, facebook and in-game messages. This doesn't mean that any proof will be valid for a ban. Proofs will be judged extremely cautiously by us.
-17.6: Faking real world trading proofs will lead to a permanent ban of all your accounts.
-17.7: After being banned once for for Real World Trading, getting banned again for the same reason will also lead to a Pc-Ban
-17.8: Trying to buy/sell items/accounts/golds is considered as Real World Trading.
-17.9: Helping, acting as Middleman or advertising RWT for someone else will end up in a permanent ban of all your accounts (Rule 1.4 for reference).
18 - Tournament Rules:
-18.1: You cannot allow other players to play for you on monthly tournament (party and solo). This will lead to a 30 days ban of the account.
-18.1.1: If you want to participate to the tournament from a internet cafe or similar, you HAVE to make a ticket at least 24h before the tournament and you have to prove you're there with a picture during the day of the tournament. The picture will have to show the ticket, and the internet cafe room.
-18.2: Registering multiple characters on one single tournament will lead to a ban (duration depends on daily or monthly):
- Daily Tournament Multi-Registration ban duration: 3 Days 1st Offense. 7 Days 2nd Offense, 14 Days 3rd Offense, 30 Days 4th Offense, Permanent Ban 5th Offense.
- Monthly Tournament Multi-Registration ban duration: 30 Days 1st offense, Permanent Ban 2nd Offense.
-18.4: You are allowed to register on different tournaments.
-18.5: Shared accounts are allowed to participate in tournaments, but it has to be clear that the owner is playing in the account. In order to do so, you must have an account only accessed by you so we can verify the ownership. In the tournament day only the owner can login to the account until the tournament is over. Ignoring this will lead to a 30 days ban.
-18.5.1: If you change your PC, or you reinstall windows, make sure to login again to the account that you don’t share. This account doesn’t need anything special, a level 1 character is enough.
-18.6: If you get banned for double registering in a tournament and you have other accounts registered to different tournaments, they'll all get banned for 30 days.
-18.7: Changing Race Costume while in combat during tournament to abuse animation canceling, will be punished with a 30 Days ban.
-18.8: Those who sign up for the monthly tournament MUST compete and fight in the respective rounds.
19 - Macro Usage:
-19.0: Macros used for innocent purposes, such as Tears/Reagents opening, or "X-Z" macros to loot mobs, are allowed to be used, however sharing these tools for lucrative reasons will be considered as sharing hacks or cheats.
-19.1: Using Bots or Macros, or any 3rd party software/hardware that automatizes the process of farming 4Ancient will lead to the following punishments:
- 1st offense: Permanent ban of ALL the accounts you EVER logged in.
- 2nd offense: PC-Ban of ALL the PCs that had access to all the banned accounts.
- 1st offense: 30d Ban.
- 2nd offense: Permanent Ban of all your accounts.
- 3rd offense: PC-Ban.
-19.4: Macro Video Reports, can be judged only once. If a specific video is not enough to prove a player's misconduct, then the video cannot be judged again.
20 - Battle of Glory:
-20.1: Staying AFK for 5 minutes or more during BoG, will be punished with 1 day of ban. Ban durations stack up to 14 days.
- By AFK we mean not playing the mode and standing still. If you are just chatting with other players for 5 or more minutes while not playing the mode, it's still considered as AFK.
- Using ANY skill to invade enemy base (such as mage TP or Priest Crow for example) is also considered as spawn invasion.
- Using the morphology of the terrain to jump into enemy based is also considered as spawn invasion.
