All installers have been reworked and can be downloaded here.
The new language installers now contain translated sound-sequences (NPCs, etc.).
The default language is now English.

If you have already installed the game and need the translated sounds-files, you can download and install the language pack again.

Also, every new installation is packed with the new launcher.
