Unfortunately, it is not in our hands to return all the runes, so we decided to make a little compromise.
Players who lost a rune on 29.12. which is listed down below can request a refund by ticket.
The ticket must be submitted in the following form:

Name of the character on which you lost the rune:

All the old tickets will get closed, everyone has to create a new one.
If somebody tries to claim that he has lost a rune that he never had, he will be permanently banned on his main account since by this action he will waste our time in log searching.
For the rest of the players we will organize a giveaway with a special rate events.
