Yesterday at 13:18 (CEST) the machine where we host the login/relay/patch & some control services on lost internet connection.
By this many problems occurred such as lags(because the relay was offline), login problems (because the login had a communication problem with the database) and several more.
We want to apologize for the long waiting time until the situation was cleared up with the maintenance today.
The long waiting time was caused by the fact that the only person who had access to this safety-critical machine was not present.
We apologize once again for any inconvenience and hope for understanding that access to such security-critical areas is severely restricted.
Due to this circumstance, the announced +30% MS event was not started as expected.
We apologize for this as well.
Any person who purchased Moonstones at the 15.07.2019 00:01 and 16.07.2019 20:17 and has not yet claimed the bonus via ticket should please do so.
From now on, the event is active and ends as planned at 19.07.
To make amends, we're holding a little giveaway. Every player who is online on 17.07.2019 at 20:00 receives a 38 PvP weapon box and 300 moonstones.
