Regarding the 30% more Moonstones Event

As the title says i have a question regarding the 30% more moonstones Event. A couple of guys (including myself) were going to buy moonstones today and we tested the 30% more moonstone event with a donation over 1€, sadly we did not receive the 30% bonus.. ive also heard that other people besides us also have this issue.. can one of the officals tell me or lets say tell us how the event works? Do we receive the 30% afterwards via mail, do we have to claim them or is it currently not working properly?

The 30% Bonus is included in the amount that you can see, but it is not enabled yet

(Sadly it doesnt show if the event is running or not)

@DELETE INVI POTS thats exactly the problem, its not.. i checked the value that you receive before the event started and compared them after it started, they were the same. Thats why i asked the questions

There is an issue with the event at the moment. If you made a donation just make a ticket and our dear @Syntax will manually give the 30% more you should've received
