Standing on NPC's and blocking them should be bannable

It's unbeliveable how annoying it is when you're struggling trying to click on the NPC because some idiot is standing on top of it... I see GM's warning them that they will move them away but guess what, they will just get back on top of it! Ban them for a hour or something, because this is getting out of hand now...

Press alt + left mouse on guys around the npc or person and you get the same tab as they got

Or if you zoom in your camera, you can click on anything easily
