Description

Addons:
- Enabled CoG Hot-Join and Portal Feature as described in the Patchnotes of 2.4

Changes:
- If not at least four applicants are found for BoG, the mode is not starting

Fixes:
- Fixed a client crash with a quest in Coomers Ravine
- Fixed the auto ban issue in Coomer's ravine when you receive the Speed Buff from a quest (all the bans were lifted)
- Fixed CoG Battle Time (16:35)
- Fixed BoG Surrender 5-second Vote Change timer
- Fixed Skill effects on CoG Enter and Leave
- Fixed that you could change pet effects when not having enough cash
- Fixed that you could change pet name when not having enough cash
- Throwing bananas in PVP areas is blocked now, just like snowballed and pumpkin
- You can not spawn multiple mounts via the skill-bar anymore
- The loot of "Spohr guards" has been fixed (Forgotten Island loot should be fixed as well but was not tested)
- Skills that remove Stuns now only remove one Stun, as it should be
