1. DirectX 11 & New Renderer
It's been a long time coming, and now it's finally here. You can finally enjoy the game with DirectX 11 and a higher render distance!
Experience Iberia in a new look!
You can now go into the settings and activate DirectX 11 and enjoy a performance boost!
With DirectX 11 enabled, you can activate real dynamic shadows. No more black spot under your character or monsters - real shadows!
Additionally, you now have the option to use the new terrain renderer, which will able to make you see much further than before.
For the first time, you will be able to actually look into the distance instead of having your view blocked by that pesky fog.
To make the game more crisp, we have also added post-processing effects.
All these settings can be found in the new settings window under "Graphics".
2. Improved Day & Night Cycle
Don't you forget the time!
The Day & Night Cycle can now be observed on all normal maps.
The cycle will take place as follows:
- Day: 8:00 AM - 9:30 PM
- Sunset: 9:30 PM - 10:00 PM
- Night: 10:00 PM - 7:30 AM
- Sunrise: 7:30 AM - 8:00 AM
3. Battle of Glory - Mixed Nations
Friends become enemies and enemies become friends.
Battle of Glory often suffered due to insufficient applicants from one of the two nations.
With the new Nation Mix, this is no longer a problem.
The two nations are now split evenly between two teams to compete against each other.
This is an opportunity to play against players who are normally your friends.
Show team spirit and team up with those who are normally your enemies and lead them to victory!
4. New Peacezone
We have added a new, better-looking peacezone!
While studying old maps, Iberian scholars discovered a secret passage leading into a small valley.
As soon as they published their discovery, some ambitious citizens saw it as the perfect opportunity to build a small settlement.
Over time, this settlement has assumed form of an international zone without war, where Iberian's otherwise hostile nations' citizens now trade and chat with each other.
This is why, nowadays, it is simply known as
Iberian's Peaceful Settlement.
The new Peacezone map replaces the old one, which means that all your daily quest and skin crafting needs will now be satisfied here.
Additionally, there is a wide fenced in area suitable to be used as a duelling spot.
5. Training Dummies
Every hero starts as a beginner. Practice makes perfect.
In
In Iberian's Peaceful Settlement you can now test and improve your dodging abilities on the new training dummies.
Upon being attacked they will cast their respective spell, either
Lightning Arrow or
Hell Flame.
6. Extra Mouse Buttons
More buttons, more skill.
You can now bind
two additional mouse buttons.
The additional buttons can be bound just like other keys by simply going into the
Keyboard settings and clicking them when choosing a key.
